Peak Management is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired community. They will oversee 400+units. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle. Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role.
Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations.
Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Valid Driver's License.
Reliable transportation.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Standing and walking.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
