About The Position

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the District Manager. The role involves effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions, working independently both inside an office and outside on the property. Responsibilities include general property care, cleaning, and maintenance, daily property walks to ensure spaces are ready for rent, and accurate payment processing and cash handling. The position requires engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience and necessitates a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required to perform the essential functions of the job
MUST have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center
Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal

Nice To Haves

Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus.
