This role is for the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Department. Under the direction of the Asset Management Director, the Property Manager is responsible for working with a team, including the Operations Manager, Office Assistant, maintenance staff, central office staff, vendors and others to manage assigned RAD properties. AHA's RAD housing plan includes maximizing occupancy levels, collections, maintenance, resident relations, enforcing contracts/leases and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
