Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. This role involves motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. Key responsibilities include overseeing all operations such as maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The Property Manager is expected to provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. This position also entails developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, to maximize engagement and minimize turnover. The role requires driving revenues through thorough understanding and analysis of competition and the development of creative marketing programs, while also instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission.
