Multifamily Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Multifamily Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role oversees a 168-unit, garden-style multifamily property and requires on-site hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The position involves ensuring the smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. A key aspect of the role is providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. The Property Manager is also responsible for developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team, driving revenues through market analysis and creative marketing programs, and instilling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. This includes supervising day-to-day operations of the on-site team, maintaining effective staff through hiring and coaching, managing resident files, fostering a positive living environment, and managing the community budget and finances.
