Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. It also involves providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. The role requires completing lease/renewal paperwork, tracking advertising and client traffic, developing and managing a high-performing team, driving revenues through market analysis and creative marketing programs, and leading by example to instill Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. The Property Manager supervises day-to-day operations of the on-site team, maintains resident files, fosters a positive living environment through conflict resolution, and manages the community budget and finances.
