Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The position also involves providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. Completing lease/renewal paperwork to company standards, tracking and evaluating advertising and client traffic, and developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team are key aspects of this role. The Property Manager drives revenues through thorough analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs, leading by example and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. They supervise day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and maintain an effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching. Maintaining residents' files, a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution, and managing the community budget and finances are also essential duties.
