Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The position also involves providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. Completing lease/renewal paperwork, tracking and evaluating advertising and client traffic, and developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team are key aspects of this role. Driving revenues through thorough analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs, and leading by example to instill and model Cushman & Wakefield’s mission are also essential.
