Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. It also involves providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and profitability, completing lease/renewal paperwork, tracking advertising and client traffic, and developing creative marketing programs. The role includes developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team, supervising day-to-day operations, and maintaining positive resident relations through prompt conflict resolution.
