Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. It also involves providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. The role requires completing lease/renewal paperwork, tracking advertising and client traffic, developing and leading a high-performing team, driving revenues through market analysis and creative marketing, and instilling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. The Property Manager will supervise day-to-day operations of the on-site team, maintain effective staff through hiring and coaching, manage resident files, foster a positive living environment through conflict resolution, and manage the community budget and finances. They will also work with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
