Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment. It oversees all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, and expense control. The role provides superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. It also develops, mentors, leads, and manages a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover. Driving revenues with a thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs is key. The role leads by example, instilling, maintaining, and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission to be the best national management company. It supervises the day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed. It maintains effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching team as necessary. Residents' files are maintained in accordance with company's standards. A positive living environment for community residents is maintained through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up. The role manages and maintains all aspects of the overall community budget and finances. It works with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met.
