About The Position

Rosano Property Management is seeking an energetic, charismatic leader to manage an apartment building in Los Angeles. The role is centered on building a positive community by recruiting residents and fostering an environment that supports residents’ growth and independence. The manager will oversee leasing and marketing, resident interactions, and coordination with building maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of real estate or property management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Real estate agent license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing campaigns to ensure 100% building occupancy.
• Coordinate inquiry calls, tours, and application processes for prospective residents.
• Enhance the community through individual and group conversations, mediation, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with the maintenance crew on matters relating to the physical building.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
• Develop and manage social media and marketing campaigns as needed.
