About The Position

National Church Residences is the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. We are seeking a Property Manager who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors! This role is located at Cedar Square, a community with 49 units in Ottawa, Kansas. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ property management experience required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must have working knowledge of computer or tablet software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions.
• Ability to effectively interact with community residents.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 and affordable housing regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing quality control of all regulations and policies/procedures related to the leasing process.
• Assists with the budgeting process.
• Manages daily operations of the residential and/or commercial units assigned.
• Oversees building maintenance.
• Ability to travel to alternative communities, if requested.
