Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, administrative support, or customer service preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn property management software such as Yardi
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents and applicants in person, by phone, and via email
- Processing applications and maintaining accurate waiting lists
- Supporting leasing and occupancy goals
- Assisting with unit turnover coordination
- Collecting and posting rent payments accurately and timely
- Supporting compliance processes and resident recertifications
- Maintaining organized and audit-ready resident files
- Entering and tracking maintenance work orders
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Assisting with administrative and operational functions as needed
