Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, administrative support, or customer service preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn property management software such as Yardi

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents and applicants in person, by phone, and via email
  • Processing applications and maintaining accurate waiting lists
  • Supporting leasing and occupancy goals
  • Assisting with unit turnover coordination
  • Collecting and posting rent payments accurately and timely
  • Supporting compliance processes and resident recertifications
  • Maintaining organized and audit-ready resident files
  • Entering and tracking maintenance work orders
  • Conducting routine property inspections
  • Assisting with administrative and operational functions as needed
