We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Trainer - Property Manager - to join our property management team. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and delivering training materials, such as manuals, newsletters, standard operating procedures, and e-learning courses. Will deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees. Manage training logistics, including scheduling sessions, setting up virtual or physical training environments, coordinate enrollments, and maintain training records. Requirements

  • 5 consecutive years’ experience as a Property Manager in multi-family residential housing
  • Minimum 3 years training/mentoring experience
  • Possess complete understanding of legal requirements of property management (tenant landlord laws) and Fair Housing rules and regulations for market and affordable housing
  • Advanced computer knowledge: exp with MS Office (heavy excel/word) Yardi and internet
  • Professionalism and maturity in speech and demeanor is required
  • Highly organized with a dedication to follow through
  • Strong writing skills with experience in creating technical, procedural, or instructional content
  • Proven ability to deliver training to diverse audiences, including classroom, group setting and virtual methods
  • Must be reliable and punctual, responsive, and productive
  • Strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Must possess a valid CA driver’s license and insurance and willing to use personal vehicle for travel. Some travel may include overnight to CA properties. The company will pay all expenses and travel time during travel

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), (CAM), or certification from CAA
