About The Position

Superior Auto Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to support their business operations manager with property management and administrative duties. Founded in 1975, Superior Auto Inc. is one of the nation’s largest, privately-held buy here, pay here automotive retailers with 71 locations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 or more years of administrative assistant and property management experience required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Excellence with computers, including Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record (minimal moving violations in the last three years).

Responsibilities

  • Supports the business operations manager with property management and administrative duties.
  • Keeps accurate records to maintain compliance.
  • Tracks work orders and projects from inception to completion.
  • Finds solutions to problems with minimal supervision.
  • Operates Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
  • Adjusts tasks and pivots attention based on business needs.
  • Collaborates effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Speaks and writes with confidence, professionalism, and competence for a wide range of audiences.
