About The Position

We are looking for a Property Management Leasing Assistant with US Property Management experience to join our team. This role involves creating leases, coordinating move-ins, and supporting showing agents. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Leasing Admin role.
  • Fluency in English (Read, Write, Speak) (C1 or C2 English Level).
  • Modern computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM).
  • Stable high-speed internet connection, webcam, and mic.
  • A comfortable, quiet working space.
  • Full-time availability (8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST) Monday to Friday.
  • US Property Management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Second monitor is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Check documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Research and bring any discrepancies to your supervisor's attention.
  • Create listing agreements and upload them into Brokermint, ensuring compliance.
  • Send video tours to Upwork and upload completed tours to YouTube, linking them to AppFolio.
  • Process applications, including collecting all documents and verifying rent and income.
  • Fill out the applicant tracking page.
  • Create and send out leases.
  • Email required documents to HOA, if applicable.
  • Upload executed leases to internal platforms and share them with the owner.
  • Upload move-in checklists to internal platforms.
  • Contact 'Prospects' in Findings who have started but not completed applications.
