About The Position
Our Property Management Intern will assist with day-to-day management experience, including (but not limited to): budgeting, learning Fair Housing and occupancy standards, documentation, marketing, make-ready processes, leasing, and resident relations.
Requirements
- Must be at least a sophomore pursuing a college degree in business or related major.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable private transportation.
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA or above.
