Property Management Intern
About The Position
We are seeking a Property Management Intern to join our team at Axis Residential. Our 12-week summer internship is designed to give you full exposure to all phases of the property operations process. Spend your summer working at our vibrant Affinity Living Communities and see what all the hype around active adult living is all about! You will gain valuable, hands-on experience working closely with our on-site property management teams on: Marketing and Sales Onsite Resident Events and Culture Resident Engagement and Retention Operations Management Asset Management Financial Reporting and Analysis Community Maintenance And more!
Requirements
- Must be a team player who takes a "we over me" approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
- Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle.
