About The Position

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with the development of facilities operations guidebook. Assist with the role-out of the Sustainability project with Workplace Solutions intern and facilities teams. Experience Facility Manager role and how we support the commercial and retail facilities. Experience Property Management and a renovation project process. Participate with our new headquarters relocation -- specific duties to be clarified depending on opening timeline of HQ.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Word.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to be resourceful and work independent and participate on teams.
• Problem solving skills.
• High School Diploma or GED and enrollment in a 2 or 4 year degree program.

Nice To Haves

• An enrollment in a 4-year college or university, with a concentration in Business or Computer Science preferred.
