About The Position

Harmoniq Residential, part of Inland Family of Companies, is hiring a Property Management Coordinator to join their team at Presidio Square Apartments in Milwaukee, WI. This role is designed for individuals with leasing or property management experience who are looking to transition into a more operational position with direct support from an experienced Property Manager. Requirements

1–3+ years of leasing or property management experience
Strong customer-service mindset and a genuine care for people
Comfort with basic financial tasks like rent collection and account follow-up
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities
Clear communication skills and a team-first approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice To Haves

Experience with Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio is a plus
Currently in leasing and ready to grow into operations
Likes being the go-to person others depend on

Responsibilities

Review resident accounts and align with the Property Manager on daily priorities.
Support residents with billing questions, account updates, and general concerns professionally.
Assist with rent collection, payment tracking, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with leasing tours or prospect communication as needed.
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with fair housing guidelines.
