About The Position

The Property Management Analyst supports the daily operations of commercial real estate properties by delivering administrative, financial, and tenant support. This role manages invoicing and accounts payable activities, coordinates vendors and service providers, maintains property documentation, and assists with tenant communications. The analyst serves as a key point of contact for tenants and service partners while supporting the broader property management team with operational and financial tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience with accounts payable and invoice processing, including at least 1–2 years of property management or closely related experience.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with strong attention to numerical accuracy and detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proven customer service skills with a professional and responsive approach.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail property management or commercial real estate environments.
  • Comfort working with financial data, reports, and basic budgeting or expense tracking.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner to support accounts payable functions.
  • Review, code, and track accounts payable transactions in alignment with established procedures.
  • Conduct vendor research to identify suitable service providers and obtain competitive quotes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule and oversee property-related services.
  • Maintain organized property records, documentation, and administrative reports for assigned properties.
  • Update and manage files related to leases, contracts, vendor agreements, and property operations.
  • Assist with tenant communications by responding to routine inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing basic questions and escalating issues when needed.
  • Provide reception and customer service support, including greeting visitors and answering calls as required.
  • Support property management teams with operational tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including basic reporting, tracking expenses, and supporting budget-related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of commercial real estate properties.
