Property Maintenance Technician Needed
About The Position
Property Maintenance Technician wanted in Akron, OH. This role involves performing routine maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting. The technician will be responsible for completing work orders, refurbishing turnovers, and assisting the custodian with cleaning common spaces when necessary. Additionally, the role includes grounds maintenance and snow removal. A 24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation is required, and the candidate must live within 30 minutes of the site. The position requires the ability to lift (50 lbs), bend, climb, and reach, and a valid State Driver's License with access to a vehicle.
