Property Inspector – Drive-Based Work (Flexible Schedule) - Augusta, GA / Richmond County
About The Position
We are looking for reliable independent contractors to complete residential property inspections in your local area. This is drive-based field work involving exterior and interior inspections for mortgage companies and property managers. Most inspections take 10–20 minutes to complete once on site. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Complete property inspections (exterior, occupancy checks, interior when applicable) Take clear photos and submit reports through our mobile system Follow all client instructions, including access attempts when required Keep orders updated with accurate ECDs (Estimated Completion Dates) PAY: Typically $6 to $10 per inspection (higher for grouped or special assignments) Route-based work available (multiple inspections in one area) Paid via direct deposit (1099 independent contractor) REQUIREMENTS: Reliable transportation Smartphone with internet access Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Good communication and responsiveness IMPORTANT: This work is best suited for individuals who: Are already driving for work (delivery, real estate, field services) Want to add additional income with flexible scheduling Can complete multiple inspections in a single trip
