About The Position

At Pinnacle Lodging, we are looking for a Property Inspector with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine pride in doing things right. This role is crucial for protecting homeowners' investments, upholding our brand promise, and directly shaping the guest experience. The Property Inspector will move fast, think independently, and maintain quality standards across luxury properties in Summit County. This is an in-person role based out of Breckenridge, CO.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in property inspection, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Understanding of luxury standards and quality expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams including cleaners, contractors, managers, and guests.
  • Adaptability and self-direction; ability to manage time across multiple properties and pivot when priorities change.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of luxury properties, assessing cleanliness, maintenance, presentation, and readiness for guests.
  • Communicate and coordinate with maintenance technicians, cleaning crews, property managers, and guest services to ensure issues are documented, assigned, and resolved.
  • Create clear, detailed work orders and post-inspection follow-up reports.
  • Troubleshoot common household maintenance issues and resolve them in the field.
  • Escalate issues that require further attention and ensure their resolution.
  • Perform proactive tasks to maintain property quality, such as updating home information and refreshing photos.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule approximately once per week for after-hours support.
