About The Position
This role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as Uber drivers, Lyft drivers, DoorDashers, or delivery personnel. Mortgage companies and banks are legally obligated to document the occupancy and physical condition of all mortgaged loans. Property Inspectors fulfill this requirement by visiting properties to take specific photos and determine if the property is occupied or vacant. Inspectors then report the property's general condition using a mobile application. This involves determining occupancy status, rating the property's condition (Good, Fair, or Poor), taking photos with a smartphone, completing a form via a downloadable app, and answering multiple-choice questions about the property's condition.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
Responsibilities
