About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgaged properties. Mortgage companies and banks are legally required to document the occupancy and physical condition of their loans. As a Property Inspector, you will visit physical properties to take specific photos and determine if the property is occupied or vacant. You will then report the general condition of the property using a mobile app. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in delivery services such as Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, or pizza delivery, as it requires independent work and efficient completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

- Good gas mileage on transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
