About The Position

We are looking for a reliable individual to conduct property inspections in the Augusta and east Georgia area. This role involves driving to specified addresses, taking photographs, noting occupancy status, and completing a brief report using a mobile application. Each inspection typically takes between 10 to 20 minutes. You will have the flexibility to choose inspection orders that are geographically convenient for you. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling, paid per completed inspection.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the roads around Augusta and east Georgia.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver's license.
• Smartphone.
• Dependability.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Inspection experience is not required, as training is provided.
