Snap a Few Photos, Get Paid (Greenville & the Delta)
About The Position
We are opening up coverage in the Mississippi Delta and need a dependable local in the Greenville area to get it started. This is a ground-floor opportunity where the inspector who joins now will have the first choice of work as the coverage grows. The role involves driving to properties, taking photos, noting occupancy status, and submitting a brief report via smartphone. Each property visit takes approximately 10 to 20 minutes, and inspectors will handle orders in their vicinity. Compensation is per completed inspection, paid via direct deposit, with Mississippi being a higher-paying region within our network. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, allowing flexibility in hours and workload.

Responsibilities
