Drive-By Occupancy Inspections - Redfield, SD / Spink County
About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgaged properties. Mortgage companies and banks are legally required to document the occupancy and physical condition of their loans. As a Property Inspector, you will visit physical properties to determine if they are occupied or vacant, assess their general condition, and report findings using a mobile app. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in delivery services such as Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, or Uber Eats, as it requires similar skills in navigation and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

- Good gas mileage for transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Determine if a property is occupied or vacant.
- Rate the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor.
- Take photos of the property using a smartphone.
- Fill out a form on a smartphone using a downloadable app.
