About The Position

Mortgage Field Service Contractors are required by law to document the occupancy and physical condition of all mortgaged loans. This involves visiting physical properties to take specific photos and determine if the property is occupied or vacant. Inspectors then report the general condition of the property using a mobile app. The role involves determining occupancy status, rating the property's condition (Good, Fair, or Poor), taking photos with a smartphone, and completing a form via a downloadable app with multiple-choice questions about the property's condition.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
