About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgaged properties. The primary responsibility is to determine if a property is occupied or vacant and to report on its general condition. This is done by taking specific photos of the property using a smartphone and filling out a report via a mobile app, answering multiple-choice questions about the property's condition. This role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those in the gig economy (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.).
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
Responsibilities
- Determine if a property is occupied or vacant.
- Rate the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor.
- Take photos of the property using a smartphone.
- Fill out a form on a smartphone using a downloadable app.
- Answer multiple-choice questions about the property condition.
