About The Position

Mortgage Field Service Contractors are responsible for documenting the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting properties to determine if they are occupied or vacant, taking specific photos using a smartphone, and reporting the general condition of the property via a mobile app. Inspectors will rate the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor and answer multiple-choice questions about its state.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
  • Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
  • Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
  • Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

Responsibilities
