About The Position

The Valet Trash Attendant Property Helper will be responsible for the nightly pick up of door-to-door trash at 1 of our apartment communities. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently. This is a part-time position offering supplemental income.

Requirements

• Must have a cell phone (Smart Phone).
• Ability to climb stairs and work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Must have an open bed pickup truck.
• Must be on time and dependable.
• Good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Nightly pick up of bagged trash from each resident's doors to onsite dumpster or compactor.
• Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents.
• Daily contact with Area Supervisor.
• Use smartphone to document cleared units.
