Responsibilities

• Nurture a welcoming and fun environment for your customers and team.
• Be committed to delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience in your store and inspire your team to also.
• Be culturally connected; understand how Mulberry fits into the fabric of life and art around us and use this to excite our customers.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships using instore CRM tools to support you and your team.
• Support in creating a high performing team where diversity is celebrated and every individual feels valued, respected, and included. Always championing equity, empathy, and understanding in all interactions - internally and externally.
• Encourage dynamic discussions and invite ideas and different perspectives in order to drive creativity and collaboration.
