Property Field Inspector – Clark County / Vancouver, WA (1099 Contractor)
About The Position
National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable contractor to complete property inspections throughout Clark County, including Vancouver and surrounding communities. Available assignments include exterior property inspections and property-condition inspections. The work generally involves visiting assigned properties, taking required photos, documenting basic property-condition or occupancy information, and submitting simple inspection forms through a mobile app. This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. Training is provided.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Dependability and the ability to meet assignment deadlines.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills.
