Property Field Inspector – Shoshone County, ID (1099 Contractor)
About The Position
National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout Shoshone County, including Kellogg, Wallace, and surrounding communities. Available assignments include exterior property inspections and contact inspections. The work generally involves visiting assigned properties, taking photos, documenting basic property-condition and occupancy information, and completing simple inspection forms through a mobile app. This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started. Most inspections are brief property visits and can often be completed in just a few minutes once you become familiar with the process. This can be a good fit for someone already driving throughout Shoshone County, including delivery drivers, mobile contractors, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible local field work.
Requirements
