About The Position

Coordinate with vendors, store locations, and internal departments to support daily operational needs. Assist with property and vehicle lease administration, including renewals, notices, payment schedules, and documentation. Support facility and equipment management processes, including gathering quotes and comparing vendors, pricing, and timelines. Partner with store locations to address maintenance requests and operational needs. Serve as a liaison between stores and corporate, helping triage requests and escalate as needed. Prepare and organize capital expenditure (CE) requests for leadership review. Assist with vehicle and equipment coordination, including research and vendor communication. Analyze reports and maintain spreadsheets to support operational decision-making. Provide administrative and project support across departments. Minimal travel to store locations may be required. Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Excel assessment may be required)
  • Ability to analyze data and work effectively with spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical aptitude or interest in equipment and operations preferred
  • Previous experience in a coordinator, administrative, or operations support role preferred
  • Experience in facilities, equipment, real estate, or property management preferred
