About The Position

North Point Hospitality was started in 1978 and is located in Atlanta, Georgia. We build high-quality hotels in popular areas. Over the years, we’ve worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we’ve built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million. Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands. We’re also working on 5 more hotels that are either being built or planned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in general repair such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and maintaining mechanical equipment
Professional, courteous demeanor
A can-do attitude and passion for guest service
Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly, helpful way
A consistently caring and respectful approach
A gracious host mindset—for guests, vendors, and future teammates

Pool certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Help create an outstanding guest experience by keeping the property safe, functional, and well-maintained
Follow guest room preventive maintenance checklists
Complete room maintenance and ensure spaces are left clean, safe, and free of debris
Perform basic repairs including: Replacing light fixtures, Grout and caulking repairs, Tightening loose fixtures and toilet seats, Minor plumbing and electrical repairs, Painting and wall touch-ups
Interact with guests and respond to maintenance needs promptly and professionally
Immediately report safety concerns or significant maintenance issues to management
Meet all quality assurance standards and expectations
