About The Position
Join a highly successful Property Disputes team in a leading UK law firm. This role is for an NQ+ Property Disputes Solicitor / Associate based in East Anglia, Essex or Kent, with hybrid working arrangements. The firm is an ambitious, full-service, leading UK law firm.
Requirements
- NQ - 3 years PQE with interest in/knowledge of residential lettings law
- Strong investigative/legal research skills
- High attention to detail and strong drafting/communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing relevant documents including tenancy agreements, notices, pleadings, witness statements and settlements
- Manage a caseload of residential letting matters with supervision as appropriate
- Attending court hearings, negotiations and mediations as required
- Playing an active role in business development
