About The Position
We are seeking a Property Desk Adjuster to join our team in British Columbia, Canada. This role primarily supports the Property Desk team and offers the opportunity to assist with occasional field claims in remote communities, providing a diverse claims experience. As a claims professional, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property claims via telephone and written communication. You will be empowered to make decisions within your delegated authority and collaborate with clients, field adjusters, and legal partners to ensure fair, efficient, and customer-focused claim resolution. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy combining strong analytical skills with exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment that includes both desk-based and field work.
