This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely. Requirements

• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Success working in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in exercising independent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation competency.
• Above-average teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with varying claim volume.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of auto repair terminology and the ability to read and evaluate repair estimates, NADA value guides, and other repair-related materials is a plus but not necessary. We will train!

Responsibilities

• Investigate, estimate, negotiate, and settle third-party property damage claims alongside a team of experienced adjusters.
• Participate in a training program, which includes on-the-job training, one-on-one mentoring, class time, self-study, and testing.
