The Property Coordinator provides front-line administrative and tenant support services while serving as an important communication link between tenants, vendors, guests, and operational teams throughout Country Club Plaza. This role supports the daily administrative functions of the property management office including tenant communication, invoice processing, operational coordination, recordkeeping, vendor tracking, and customer service support. The Property Coordinator helps maintain a responsive and professional operational environment while assisting the property management team with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.
