About The Position

The Property Coordinator provides front-line administrative and tenant support services while serving as an important communication link between tenants, vendors, guests, and operational teams throughout Country Club Plaza. This role supports the daily administrative functions of the property management office including tenant communication, invoice processing, operational coordination, recordkeeping, vendor tracking, and customer service support. The Property Coordinator helps maintain a responsive and professional operational environment while assisting the property management team with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, customer service, or property management support experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for tenants and vendors
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and service requests
  • Respond to tenant requests and operational inquiries
  • Process invoices and collect tenant sales and operational data
  • Track vendor insurance and tenant insurance compliance
  • Maintain operational records and documentation
  • Support office operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist Property Managers with reporting and coordination activities
