About The Position

Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists (Atlanta-Metro) is seeking to add additional, experienced, talent to our rapidly growing Property Condition Assessment (PCA) team. This is an important position within our company, requiring 3-10 years of equity-level commercial property assessment work experience along with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering. The right candidate will be a great multi-tasker, have a high energy level, and a strong work ethic. You’ll work closely with other technical and client facing personnel to execute The Superior Client Experience in our industry and make significant contributions to the success of the firm and team. Desired candidate should live in reasonably close proximity to the Woodstock, Georgia office or be open to relocation.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of equity-level commercial property assessment work experience
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering
• Excellent organizational and report-writing skills
• Well-developed communication skills both with internal and external clients
• Experience writing ASTM-based equity level property assessments using Word templates or Quire
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Document field activities via field notes and photos
• Adhere to deadlines, ensuring all tasks meet the requirements while adhering to cost and time budgets
• Travel nationwide for 1-3 days at a time, 3-4 times per month
