About The Position

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Property Department and/or other management staff. This position provides administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas including: Logging center property and accurate record keeping, Maintaining property receipts, Assisting with property retrieval, delivery and transfer, Copying and filing, Greets and assists visitors in reception area and answers phones, Data entry, Routine correspondence and prepare reports, Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Superior organization skills
  • Ability to work with diverse individuals both within the company and with partners in the project
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to compile summary reports
  • Ability to use general office equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to handle sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality
  • Valid State driver's license required
