Provides clerical and administrative support to the Property Department and/or other management staff. This position provides administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas including: Logging center property and accurate record keeping, Maintaining property receipts, Assisting with property retrieval, delivery and transfer, Copying and filing, Greets and assists visitors in reception area and answers phones, Data entry, Routine correspondence and prepare reports, Other duties as assigned.
