Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a periodic bases
Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required

Nice To Haves

One (1) year of warehouse or property experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with warehousing operations including ordering and receiving supplies, tools and replacement items
Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and maintenance of inventory
Maintain the daily workflow to ensure prompt service to center operating organizations
Compile all information obtained from researching records and physical inventory and prepare property data transmittal sheets to update and correct property listing and maintain proper accountability
Control storage of all accountable property
Prepare and control property requirements lists
Review and assist in monitoring equipment including physical inventories, control of accountability and liaison relationships with DOL property officials
Utilize property receiving procedures for all food stuff, pharmaceuticals, merchandise mating and make adjustments for discrepancies
