About The Position

The Property Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest accommodations and common areas on the property. This role ensures a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests, contributing to their overall experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and materials.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms) are clean, well-maintained, and inviting.
• Assist in monitoring and managing cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Work closely with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure a seamless operation and high standards of cleanliness.
• Respond to guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Participate in periodic deep cleaning projects as assigned by management.
