Property Cleaner
About The Position
Red Oak Management Co., Inc. is seeking a part-time Property Cleaner for their locations in Bad Axe and Brown City, MI. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys making a visible difference daily. The Property Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hallways, laundry rooms, and common areas, as well as assisting with outdoor spaces through litter removal and light groundskeeping. Additionally, they will clean windows and entry areas to enhance curb appeal. The goal is to contribute to a community atmosphere that feels comfortable, cared for, and inviting for all residents.
Requirements
- Experience cleaning in a commercial or residential setting
- Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and walk for your whole shift
- Committed to providing great customer service
- Must have the ability to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of fair housing rules and regulations is a plus
