Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in insurance sales
• Demonstrated ability to drive new business and exceed sales targets.
• Active Property & Casualty License
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or similar role
• Exceptional leadership and strong communication skills to guide clients and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Provide expert client advice by staying current on products and market trends.
• Support policy servicing, including renewals, changes, and claims.
• Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service.
• Generating and pursuing new client opportunities.
• Quote, complete applications, and negotiate policy details with carriers.
• Evaluate the insurance and financial requirements of individuals and businesses
