You must be able to take the state exam in the greater Columbia, SC area.
Requirements
- Background in customer service.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Growth-minded; seeking a career pathway with stability and upward mobility.
- Detail-oriented with pride in accuracy, especially when handling important legal documents and applications.
- Great communicators, able to turn complex insurance jargon into clear, helpful advice for customers.
- Reliable; able to pass a background check and committed to the full 8-week training schedule.
- Must have wired internet service installed directly into your home (Cable, Fiber-optic, DSL broadband). Wireless-only services are not allowed (e.g., cellular/mobile hotspots, fixed wireless, satellite).
- Must use a direct Ethernet connection from the Qualfon computer to your home router or modem. Wi-Fi cannot be used between the computer and the internet service provider.

Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
- Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
- Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.
